The strength of Polio Quebec lies above all in its members. Having more members means having more resources and means to help you, to represent you and to offer you opportunities for sharing and regrouping. A larger membership also allows us to have a greater impact on government policies.

Being a member :
- Gives you the opportunity to get information through the Folio Polio newsletter, the Quick Info Flash (by email) and through our website.
- Gives you the opportunity to have support to regroup and share your situation and ways to improve your lifestyle.
- Allows you to encourage research on PPS as well as public and medical awareness.
Who can become a member?
Everyone who wants to! For example, we have members :
- Who have had polio or suffer from post-polio syndrome (PPS).
- Who know a relative or friend with polio or its sequelae.
- Who want information about polio and PPS.
- Who contribute to the defense of the rights of people affected by polio and PPS.
How to become a member?
Membership in the Polio Quebec Association is on an annual basis, from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
In order to remain accessible to as many people as possible, we set the annual fee at 20$. We encourage members who wish to do so to add a donation of their choice to this fee.
You will receive a tax receipt for the total amount of your membership fee and donation (if applicable).
