The Logic Company is a home adaptation consulting and universally accessible housing management organization.
This organization offers support and advice throughout the home adaptation process: identification of environmental obstacles and recommendations on the adaptations and equipment necessary for the autonomy and safety of the person with a functional limitation. It also has lists of contractors for home adaptation.

Meals on wheels
Meals on Wheels is a home delivery service for seniors and people with temporary or permanent loss of independence. Meals on Wheels also provides home visits by volunteers.
To take advantage of the Meals on Wheels service, you can contact your local Community Service Centre (CLSC) or Volunteer Centre.
Regroupement PRASAB (Meals on Wheels and other volunteer food services)
PRASAB offers a list, by region, of its 154 member organizations that offer Meals on Wheels or other volunteer food services. By consulting their list, you will know who to contact in your area to find out about the eligibility requirements and costs associated with the service (both of which are established by the Meals on Wheels and differ from one organization to another).

Soup Kitchen of the Saint-Sauveur Valley
Service offered to single people of all ages, those who feel isolated and the needy. However, you are all welcome to come and share a full hot meal for 2$ (depending on your financial possibilities). Home Help
Do you need help with housekeeping, grocery shopping, clothing care, or meal preparation? You can call upon a social economy enterprise in domestic help (EESAD) to help you.
If you wish to benefit from the services of an EESAD, you should know that there is a financial exemption program for domestic help services which is managed by the RAMQ (Régie de l'assurance maladie du Québec).
If you are unable to move from your home because of your health condition, a physical disability or an intellectual disability, you can benefit from the following services: professional care and services, home help services, caregiver services, or technical support. The purpose of these services is to avoid or reduce the length of your hospitalization and to facilitate your return home after an illness or surgery.
To apply, you must contact the CLSC in your area.

Are you looking for subsidized co-op housing in the Private Non-Profit Program (PNP) in Montreal or Quebec City? The Confédération québécoise des coopératives d'habitation (CQCH) presents you the Central-Logement-Coop service and the instructions to file an application.

Search for a residence
Depending on your state of health and autonomy, you may be admitted to a public residential center or to another residential resource, such as an intermediate or family-type resource. If you are still living at home, you must contact the CLSC in your area. If you are unable to do so, a relative or friend can take care of it. If you are living in a hospital, the request will be made by the institution.
