Resources

In this section, we offer a variety of resources in the categories listed below and in the drop-down menu. If you know of any other resources that are not listed here that would be useful to other members, we invite you to let us know.

We have also compiled a lot of information from this section in our new information flyers, available in PDF format. These 6 documents have the primary objective of transmitting the most relevant information possible. To obtain paper versions of these brochures, please contact us by phone or email. You can also consult the Catalogue for polio survivors, their friends, family and health care professionals.

Census of persons with reduced mobility

The Service de Sécurité Incendies de Montréal (SSIM) has a computerized database that allows it to quickly identify and evacuate people with reduced mobility in the event of a disaster. To register for this computerized database, simply visit a fire station, an Accès Montréal office or call 514-872-3775. Each request is treated confidentially.
