2. LOOKING FOR A HOME
Depending on your health status and your degree of independence, you may be placed in a residential and long-term care centre (CHSLD) or in a foster home such as an intermediate or family resource. If you are still living at home, you need to contact your local CLSC. If you are unable to do so, a relative or friend may contact the CLSC for you. If you are staying in a hospital, have the hospital social services prepare your application.
